We stayed there four nights and for the money we payed everything was nice. No fancy hotel but bed and roof in a good location. Very nice and helpfull staff. No AC so the rooms might be really hot during the summer months. The Wi-Fi was down like one day which made things a little more difficult but they solved the problem.

We stayed here on our third night in Budapest. Paying for and using the extra bed in a twin room our friend had booked with his brother. Paying 15 euro to share a single bed.

We could in fact have just stayed there for free because they're very lax about people coming and going and don't really keep an eye on things. They didn't even ask for a name when we went to reception to get the key for the room which they had a policy of us having to leave at reception when we went out.

The room was clean, spacious and had decent facilities for a hostel room. There was a private shower and toilet, a fridge, plenty of power sockets and reading lamps over each bed. There's also a tonne of storage if you're going to be staying here for a bit longer. I'm pretty sure the hotel is either used for school groups or as college dorms during their low season. There's even a small cooker hob in the room.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean spacious room. Not the most central of locations but not bad either. I'd go back there happily.

Overall, a really enjoyable stay.
Friendly staff. Nice rooms. WiFi worked fine for us. Near the Keleti train station. We didnt think the distance from central of the city was a problem. There is an area nearby where you can easily access food, groceries and post office. Metro isnt far either. If you needed directions just ask the staff. They'd easily help you with this. Price of taxi to keleti train station was reasonable.

stayed 3 nights in double rooms. two double rooms are sharing bathroom and toilet. temperature was around 20 degrees. rooms are cold enough but the entrance was like an oven. staff is hiring fan if you need( 2€ per night ). internet was extremely slow. it's getting faster during the night and early morning. would stay again.

I've been to Budapest 4 times and this was actually the most enjoyable hostel stay I've had there. I got a single room and it was very nice and affordable. The location is a little outside the center, but I don't mind using the metro and walking a bit. Plenty of restaurants in the area if you don't want to make the trek. I would/will stay here again.

Liked: The location is really nice (few bus stations from Deak Ferenc), the room was clean and there was lots of space.

Disliked: Minor complaints: we had to wait for our room to get ready ready for a bit once we checked in, and there was no wireless internet in the rooms (but you can rent a cable at the reception). Overall not that important.

Me and my friend stayed at a two beds' room for a week, and we both were thoroughly satisfied. The hostel is located in Pesta side of Budapest, a very short walking distance from downtown. I found the staff very nice, and the room itself decent enough for the price. The shower and toilet were in order, and we had to share only with two other people, which was never really a problem. So if you are not too spoiled, I'd definitely recommend this hostel for your stay in Budapest.

Liked: We liked almost everything about this hostel. There was a lot room for our stuff and the room was also clean when we arrived. The kitchen was specious and we had a nice inner court view. The elevator system worked perfectly. We also slept very nicely inside the comfortable sheets. All in all the quality of the hostel and the room exceeded the price!

Disliked: The shower in our room was broken, but we still managed to take a shower whenever we needed one. For us the locks of the doors were difficult to lock and open (but only because the lock type wasn't familiar to us).

The hostel use to be a student dormitory over the year so it is really big (lot of spare places but no atmosphere) There are not too much facilities (kitchen is not equiped etc). The location is also not that good (you need to take a metro or tram to get to the city center). On the other hand the staff is ok - students friendly and willing to help. The rooms are mostly 2bed rooms so for a good value you get a lot of privacy.
